BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LA
MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE

Part Lots 36 and 37, Concession 'A', Municipality of Kincardin (former Township
of Kincardine)
WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapt r 13 authorizes the
Councils of Municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-laws w ich comply with an
approved official plan;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the MuniciPali~y of Kincardine has
enacted By-law 2003-25, a zoning by-law enacted under Sec~ion 34 of the said
Planning Act; \
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
desires to amend By-law 2003-25; \
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Munic pality of Kincardine
ENACTS as follows:
Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 2003-25 as amended, is hereby f rther amended by
changing thereon from 'A2' to 'A2-a' and 'A2-n' the zoning de ignation of those
lands described as Part Lots 36 and 37, Concession 'A', Municipality of
Kincardine (former Township of Kincardine) which are outline on the attached
Schedule 'A'.

2. By-law No. 2003-25, as amended, being the Comprehensive oning By-law for
the Municipality of Kincardine, is hereby further amended by dding the following
paragraph to subsection 10.3 thereof:
10.3.12
Notwithstanding their 'A2' zoning design tion, those lands
delineated as 'A2-n' on Schedule 'A' to this By-I w may be used for
'Non-farm Lot' purposes in compliance with the A2' zone provisions
contained in this By-law, excepting however, th t:
(i)
The number of livestock units shall be Ii ited to 3.7 livestock
units per hectare; and
The setbacks for all buildings and struct res shall be no less
than as they existed as of the date of th passing of this By-
law. All further enlargements, expansio s, construction etc.
shall comply with the requirements of By aw 2003-25.
(ii)
3. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council nd comes into
force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Ac , R.S.O. 1990.

4. This By-law may be cited as the "Amendment to Comprehe sive Zoning By-law
2003-25, (Part Lots 36 and 37, Concession 'A', Municipality f Kincardine (former
Township of Kincardine)), By-law".
