SETTING THE TAX ~TE FOR THE VILLAGE
OF TIVERrON FOR THE YEAR 1970
WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient th t a by-law
b~ passed setting the tax rate for the Villag of Tiverton
for the year 1970.

THEREFORE be it enacted by the Municipal Council rd the
Village of Tiverton that the rate of taxation to be levied
and collectej from all persons or properties ppearing on the
last revised assessment roll for 1970 to be 1 ,able to such taxes
shall be at the following rate of' 83 mills fo Farm and
Residential and 94.'5 mills for CommeDcial to e divided as
