BY-LAW NO. 72-6

A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE COLLECTION OF TAXES BY INSTA NTS
The Municipal Corporation of the Village of Tivert n,
pursuant to it's powers under The Assessment Act Sectio 120
(R.S.O. 1960 Ch. 2) S 120) enacts as follows I
WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient that a by-la be
prepared to amend the by-law for the instalent time of
col¡ecting taxes.

NOW THEREFORE the/Village of Tiverton enacts as
'followsl
(1) That the second instalment of taxes due in th
Village of Tiverton shall become due and paya Ie
om the 15th day of November
(2) That By-law number 593 is hereby amended.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD time and passed in pen
Council this 4th day of May, 1972.
