of the Village of Tiverton, in the
County of Bruce, to appoint a
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF
TIVERTON enacts as follows:
1.

That
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer of the Village of Ti erton,
in the County of Bruce, to do all things necessary to nforce
the compliance within the Village of Tiverton of all B -Laws
of the Municipality.
2. That prior to taking office, the said Hr.. SV. . or..
take the oath of office as prescribed in The Police Ac , R.S.O.
1970, Chapter 351, Section 64 (1).
