A by-law to establ1sh BOUNTIES FOR THE DESTRU ION OF FOXES
WHEREAS by Section 377. par. 33. Chap. 249. R. .0. 1961, by-laws may
be passed by all municipalities for giving bountie for the destruction at
rexes, provld&d that a lecal lIU11icipa11ty shall n give any such bounties'
where thecGunty in which it is situate has a by- aw in force under this
paragraph';'

AS FOLLOWS:
(1) That a bounty .r Pour Dollars be, and is hereb~ established for eaoh
and every fex destroyed in that Township fro and after the Seventh day
ot Pebruary 1962~
(2) The said boUnty shall be payable in cash to each claimant for each
fox destr0yed by him within the corporate 11 its of said Township upon
presentation by the claimant of both ears 0 eaoh fox olaimed for, in,.
plastic bag to the Township Clerk-Treasurer or suoh other persGn as the
.Council may des1gnate~
(3) When suoh claims have been duly reoorde by the aforementioned
Tewnship Offioial, he shall at once destroy the said ears.
