Subjeot to the provisions' heretofore må'f)~ioned, when an ppl1~ has been made, and the proposed work set out 1n the applioation conforms to this by-law a~~ all other applicable by-laws, a permit shall be issued by the Township of Bruce. 8. The person to whom a perm1t is issued shall, durin~ cons ruction keep posted in a conspiouous place on the property in re peot of wh1ch,the permit was issued, a òbpy of the building per 1t or a poster órplaoard in 11eu thereof; together with the ap oved plans of the project. 9. Any person who contravenes any prov1s10n of this by-law of an offence and is 11able, on summary convict1on to a not more than $300.00 and shall take such steps as may ary to meet the requirements of this by-law. 10. Duties of the Authority Having Jurisdiction a. Administer this by-law, ' b. Powers of the Authority having Jurisdiction a. Enter any building or premises at any reasonable tim for the pur~ose of administering or enforcing this by-la . b. Feès For a permit or permits required by the Townsh1p of ruce for work as desoribed in this by-law thefollow1ng shall app17: a.t5.00 forwor~ the reasonable est1mated cost of no less than t200.00, and no more than $10 b. $1.00 for every additional $1,000.00 or part the est1mated. c. Payable to the Township of Bruce. d. Issued by the By-~w Enforcement Officer of the ownshlp . of Bruce or a person or persons delegated by h1m and. .2t approved by the said Township of Bruce.
