THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINC INE
BY-LAW
No. 2004 - 20
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW 0.2003-25,
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-!.Ä FOR THE
MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE

Kincardine (former Township of Bruce)
WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapt r 13 authorizes the
Councils of Municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-laws hich comply with an
approved official plan;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipal of Kincardine has
enacted By-law 2003-25, a zoning by-law enacted under Se ion 34 of the said
Planning Act;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine esires to amend By-
law 2003-25;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Muni ipality of Kincardine
ENACTS as follows:
1.
Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 2003-25 as amended, is hereby urther amended by
changing thereon from 'ECI' to 'ECI-a' the zoning designatio of those lands
described as Part Lot D, Concession 4 (being Lot 15 on Pia 3M-113),
Municipality of Kincardine (former Township of Bruce), whic are outlined on the
attached Schedule 'A'.
2. By-law 2003-25, as amended, is hereby further amended b adding the following
subsection to Section 29.4 thereof:
29.4.1 Notwithstanding their 'ECI' zoning desig ation, those lands
described as Part Lot D, Concession 4 (bein Lot 15 on Plan 3M-
113), Municipality of Kincardine (former To nship of Bruce) and
identified by the zone symbol 'ECI-a' on Sche ule 'A' to this By-law,
shall be used in compliance with the ' CI' zone provisions
contained in this By-law, excepting, however, hat:
(i) A 'Factory Sales Outlet' shall also be a Permitted Use.
3. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Coun iI and comes into
force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning ct, R.S.O. 1990.
