ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Kincardine. in the County of Bruce and the Province of Ontario and being composed of that pa of Alice Street in the said Town more particularly described as follows:- Commencing at a point in the easterly limit of A ice Street where the same is intersected by the northerly limit of Bruce Av nue; thence northerly along the easterly limit of Alice Street and along the wes erly limits of or less to a Lots 64, 63, 62, 61, 60 and 59 a distance of 486.42 feet point in the easterly limit of Alice Street where the same is intersected by ~ the northerly limit of Lat 59; thence westerly along the p oduction westerly of the northerly limit of Lot 59 to its intersection with the westerly limit of Alice Street (being also the easterly limit of Lot 12); thence southerly . along the westerly ~~ of Alice Street and the easterly imits of Lots 12, 13, 14 andf5 á" distance of 486.42 feet more or less to the rtherly limit of Bruce Avenue; then~~easterly in a straight line a distanc of 66 feet more or less to the place of beginning; the said portion of Al e Street and the said limits. of the said 19ts all being shown on registere plan No. 61 for the County of Bruce. ---'>",.'. ..,-. r .# ~,.. ---""....-, -: - ."o-{'.í.._- . . \ Kincardine, Ontario.
