necessary to make the conneotion and for the applic-
ants to receive the benefit of the waterw

hereinafter mentioned have been or are be ng levied upon the
land owned or oooupied by the applicants.

THEREFORE the Munioipal Council of
Town ot Kinoardine, enaots as follows.-

1. THAT a six inch watermain be constru ted on King .treet
Xut in the 'J:OWIL ot Kincardine from the Ii st limit of the
property awned by Glen Walpole to the Eas limit of the property
owned by Owen Moore.
2. i¡THA:l' Floyd K.e11estine be appointed a Superintendant and
that he do forthwith make such plans, pro iles and speoific-
ations and furnish such information as m be necessary for
the mak~ ot a contraot tor the executio of the work.
3. The work shall be carried on and exe outed under the
superintendenoe and aocording to the di
the said Superintendent.

The Public Utilities Commission of

is hereby authorized to cause a contraot for the oonstruction
ot the work to be made and entered into ith somßperson or
persons, firm or Corporation. sUbjeot to the approval of the
Council to be declared by resolution.
