For the purpose of naming the several p lling plaees in
which the polls will be held in the Kunicip ity of the Town
of Kincardine in case a poll is required fo the election of
three Councillors, three Public School Trus ees and two Public
Utilities Commissioners for the years 1967 a 1968, and. one
Public Utilities Collllll1ssionèr for the year 1 7 to replace
Mr ftoger McKenzie, resigned.

THEREFORE be it enacted and it is hereb enacted by the
Municipal Council of the Town of Kincardine in Council
assembled that the following places where t e poll will be
held and also'the names'hereinafter mention d in Schedule "A"
shall be the names of the parties to pre sid at the several
polling places for the taking of the vote f r the several
purposes hereinbefore mentioned.
And it is further enacted that the nomi ation for
three C8uncillors, three Public School Trus ees and three
rublic tilities Commissioners shall be hel by the Returning
Öfficer, Charles R. Merritt in the Town Ha 1 in the said
Town of Kincardine, on THURSDAY, the twenty fourth day of
November, 1966, at the hour of seven-thirty to Eight-thirty
o'clock ~n the evening.
