THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCHDINE
BY-LAW NO. 1994
For the purpose of naming the several pol'; ing places in
which the polls will be held in the municipa1~~ y of the Town
of Kincardine in case a poll is required for tIe election of
a Mayor, Reeve, Deputy Reeve, three Councillor , three public
School Trustees and two Public Utilities Comm ssioners for
for the years 1968 and 1969 for the Town of K ncardine.

AND also to appoint several Deputy Returni.g Officers and
Poll Clerks to preside at the sev@ral places hE reinafter
mentioned in Schedule "A".
AND WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient hat a by-law
should be passed to name the several poliing p~ces and also to
appoint the several Deputy Returning Officers nd Poll Clerks
to preside at the several polling places.
THEREFORE be it enac'tes and it is hereby e l1acted by the
Municipal Gouncil of the Town of Kincardine in Council
assembled that the following places where the poll will be
held and also the names hereinafter men"tioned ,-n Schedule "A"
shall be the names of the parties to presidema" the several
polling places for the taking of the vote for ~he several
purposes hereinpf~~T before mentioned.
And it is further enacted that the nominatLon for a Mayor,
Reeve, Deputy Reeve, three Councillors, three Public School
Trustees and two Public Utilities Qommissioner shall be held
by "the Returning Officer, Charles R. Merritt, On "the Town Hall
in the said Town of Kincardine, on THURSDAY; t e twenty-third
day of November, 1967, at the hour of seven-th~rty to eight-
thirty o'clock in,~he evening.
