BY-LAW
NO. 2005 - 098
A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM THE PROCEEDINGS!
OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine de~ms it advisable
to enact a confirming by-law to confirm the actions of the Council! at its meetings;
,
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of thei Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows: '
1. That the actions of the Council at its meetings held JUr¥! 20, 2005 and
July 6, 2005 in respect to each recommendation, report~ of committees
and staff forwarded therewith, and in respect to each m;tion, resolution
and other action passed and taken by the Council at its s id meetings, is,
except where the prior approval of the Ontario Mu icipal Board is
required, hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed. ,
That the Mayor, CAO, and Clerk, and their deSignateS~hereOf' be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to do all things n cessary to give
effect to the said action or to obtain approval where req ired and except
where otherwise provided, the Mayor, CAO and lerk, and their
designates thereof, are hereby directed to execute all do ments required
by Statute to be executed by them, as may be necess in that behalf
and to affix the Corporate Seal of the municipality to all uch documents,
and the Treasurer, and a designate thereof, is hereby dir cted to execute
all other documents necessary in that behalf and to a the Corporate
Seal of the municipality to all such documents.

READ a FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD time and FINALLY PAS SED this 6th day
of July, 2005. '
