(R.S.O. 1960, chapter 172) provides tha':-
NOW TMEREFORl the C.uneil of the Corporation of the Municipality
of the Town of Kincardine enacts as follows:
1. H. vehicle or combination of vehicles or any class thereof,
whether empty or loaded, shall be operated 0 er the bridge
known, as Queen Street Brid.ge at 1<he Pene1<ang re River in the
Munie1pality of the 'fown of Kincardine with weight in excess
of 30,000 pounds.
