WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corpor ion of the Town of Kincardine has received a request to amend y-law No. 2050 to rezone certain parcels of land located on the we t side of Queen Street between Mechanics Street and Broadway West f om Residential Type 1 Zone (Rl) to General Commercial (C2) Zone to ring êxisting com- mercial uses into conformity with the Official Plan. AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Co poration of the Town of Kincardine has received a request to amend y-law No. 2050 to rezone certain parcels of land located on the we t side of Queen Street between Broadway West and the existing Gener 1 COIIIJIercial Zone, from Residential Type 2 Zone (R2) to General Cammer ial (C2) Zone to bring existing cOlllllercial uses into conformity with the Official Plan; " AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Co oration of the Town of Kincardine has received a request to amend y-law No. 2050 to rezone certain parcels of land, located on the e st aide of James Street between Mechanics Street and Broadway West, rom Residential Type 1 Zone (Rl) to Highway Commercial (Cl) Zone to bring an existing cOlllllercial use into conformity with the Of~ictal Pl n; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Co oration of the Town of Kincardine has received a request to amend y-law No. 2050 to rezone certain parcels of land, located on the e st side of Queen Street being Lot 28 and part of Lot 29 from Residen ial Type 1 Zone (Rl) to Highway Commercial (Cl) Zone to bring an ex sting automobile service station into conformity with the Officiol Pan; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Co oration of the Town of Kincardine has received a request to amend y-law No. 2050 to rezone certain parcels of land, located on the n rth side of Durham Street between Huron Terrace and Queen Street being Lots 4, 5 and part of 6, from Residential Type 2 Zone (R2) to General ommercial (C2) Zone. to bring an existing furniture showroom in conformi y with the Official Plan; . AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Co ration of the Town of Kincardine has received a request to amend y-law No. 2050 to rezone certain parcels of land, located on the w st side of Queen Street between Broadway West and Durham Street bein all of Lot 1, from General Commercial (C2) Zone to General Indust ial (Ml) Zone to bring an existing industry into conformity with the Officiol Plan; .' . NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Co oration of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That By-law No. 2050 be and the same is he eby amended by deleting therefrom Schedule "c" and substi uting therefor Schedule "c" attached hereto. 2. Thia by-law shall come into effect on the ate it is passed by the Municipal Council of the Corporatio of the Town of Kincardine subject to the approval of the ntario Municipal Board.
