THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARD NE
BY-LAW NO. 2135
A By-law to regulate the use of Hose, Sprinklers a
Garden service supplied by the Public Utilities Co
Kincardine.
WHEREAS the Public Utilities Commission of the Tow
requested the Council of the said Corporation to

Chapter 335, Section 12 (as amended 1965) that the

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation
enacts as follows:

3. This By-law shall be in effect from June first
each year commencing on the date of the final pass

5. These restrictions shall apply to all consumers of the Town Water
Supply whether theyĆ in or outside of the Town li its and shall be
enforced by the Rblic Utilities Commision of the T wn of Kincardine.
6. Failure to pay the penalty for the violation of Section 1 will mean
disconnection of water service.
7. The Provisions of Section 2 will be enforced by the Police Department
of the Town of Kincardine.
