HomeMy WebLinkAboutKIN 70 2135 Use of Garden Servi ~ . , . , THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARD NE BY-LAW NO. 2135 A By-law to regulate the use of Hose, Sprinklers a Garden service supplied by the Public Utilities Co Kincardine. WHEREAS the Public Utilities Commission of the Tow requested the Council of the said Corporation to the use of hose, sprinklers and soakers for lawn the Town of Kincardine. AND WHEREAS it is provided by the Revised Statutes Chapter 335, Section 12 (as amended 1965) that the By-laws for ~egulating the time , manner and extent supply to which and to whom the ~ter shall be furn be paid therefor, and every other matter or thing therewith that it may be necessary or proper to re secure to the inhabitants of the Municipality a co supply of pure and wholesome water; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation enacts as follows: . 1.
