WJfDRI!iI by paragraph 60 of Seetion 377 of he Municipal ~- Act it i8 provided that by-laws may be passed by the councils of all municipalities for establishing a plan of ick leave grat-~ uities for .unicipal .-ployees: THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation 0 the Town of XiDcardine enaets as follows: There is hereby established for all full t employees of the Corporation of the Town of Kincardine a plan of sick leave gratuities, subject to the conditions hereinafte set forth. 1) Sick leave shall be accuaulated at the rat of three (3) weeks of sick leave for each year of servi e co_encing the ls't day of January, 1970. 2) A new employee shall no't be eligible for 10 es. said credi'ts until he or she has been employed by the rporation for a't leas't nine IIOnths; provided tha't when such eaployee has been con'tinuou.1J 80 saployed for such nine lIOn h pro_tionary per- iod he or she shall then be en'ti'tled to re eiye a credit re'tro- active to the da'te on which his or her emp oymen't co_sneed.
