NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Cor oration of
the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
That By-law Number 2086 is hereby amend

2. That By-law Number 2086 is hereby amend d by deleting
therefrom in its entirety the sixth par graph, which
described a request to rezone land loca ed on the
west side of Queen Street between Broad ay West and
Durham Street, being all of bot ·1.

That By-law Number 2086 is hereby amend d by deleting
therefrom in its entirety the seventh ragraph,
which described a request to rezone lanè located on
the east side of Princes Street, and su tituting
therefor the following paragraph:
"AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of t Corporation
