CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW NO. 4216
BEING A BY-LAW TO FIX AND AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF SAlLARIES OF CERTAIN
OO'LOYEES OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE FOR 1979. '
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of ~e Town of Kincardine
ENACTS as follows:
1. GROUP "A"
· The following sums and allowances shall be paid to the following
named employees:
Gerald Stewart 7.90 p~r hr.
Maurice Chesbro 6.70 p~ hr.
Stuart Aitken 6.60 p~ hr.
Joe Bandura 6.60 per hr.
· Donald Page 6.60 per hr.
Arthur McCormick 4.90 p~ hr.
Walter Chesbro 6.65 pdr hr.
Wal ter Hohner 6.70 p~ hr.
Hazel Hetherton 5.90 per hr.
HOURS OF WORK:
For the above outside workers, including and rep~acement or addition
to their positions'a regular work week from Thur~day morning to
Wednesday night, shall consist of forty hours.
OVERTIME:
The said workers shall receive time and one half ¡(Ii) his hourly
rate for any part or hour thereof in excess of t~e said forty hour week.
The Town Foreman, Gerald Stewart, to receive the ¡sum of:
(a) $20.00 per mGDtb for his attendancie at the first Council
meeting of each month.
(b)$iQ9.00 per year for all Committee ~eetings.

CLOTHING:
The Corporation shall supply each permanent outs~de employee with:
(a) each week a clean pair of overalls.,
(b) each year the sum of $40.00 toward~ the purchase of safety
boots. It is a condition of emplo~ent on such employees
that they wear safety boots while o~ duty.

2. GROUP "B" i

The following sums and allowances shall be ~id the following
named employees:
Floyd Johnston 6.65 peir hr.
. Wayne Hauser 6.30 peþ:' hr.
Claire King 6.30 per hr.
SHIFT PREMIUM:
An additional .15¢ per hour for regular scheduledl shift commencing
between 1700 hours and 2400 hours.
OVERTIME WORK:
If at any time an employee is called in for overt!ime work, payment
will be Ii times the hourly day rate. "

CLOTHING:
The Corporation shall supply each permanent empl~yee with:
(a) each year the sum of $40.00 toward~ the purchase of
safety boots. It is a condition o~ employment on such
employees that they wear safety boQts while on duty.
3. GROUP "C"
The following sum and allowances shall be p~id to the following
named employee:

The following sum and allowances shall be pa~d to the following
named employees:

Dorothy Dinwoodie
Janice Clark
Audrey Fyke
Charles R. Merritt
ADDITIONAL:
The secretary for the Property Maintenance a~d Occupancy Committee
to receive the sum of $15.00 per meeting.
The secretary for the Kincardine & District ~ommunity Centre
Recreation Board to receive ~he sum of $15.00 perlmeeting.
The secretary for the Kincardine Planning Bo~d to receive the
sum of $60.00 per month. .
