THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCA~INE
BY-LAW NO. 4153 .
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2050.

WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the corporatiotof the
Town of Kincardine deems it advisable to amend -law
No. 2050.

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town lof Kincardine
ENACTS as follows: '
1.
That Schedule "c" of By-law No. 2050 is he
amended by changing from General Industria Zone,
Symbol Ml-l to Residential Type 2 Zone, Sy bol R2,
and Residential Type 2 Zonel Symbol R2-3, he lands
shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto and orming
part of this By-law. I

That Section 10(3) of By-law No. 2050 is h~reby
amended by adding the following subsectionl(d):

"(d) Notwithstanding the provisions of Sec~ion 10,
the following provisions shall apply ~o the
Residential Type 2, R2-3 Zone: :

(i) Residential Uses: :
Apartment dwelling units within t1e building
in existence on the day of the pa sing of
this By-law. i

Non-Residential Uses:
The following uses are permitted Qn the
first floor of the building in e x~stence
on the day of the passing of thisiBy-law:
- A business or professional offiqe or studio
- A Clinic I
- A financial office or instituti~n
- A private educational facility. I
Not more than ~,900 square feet oJ floor
space shall be used for non Resid,ntial
purposes. I
A planting strip shall be provide~ along
the side and rear lot lines in ac ordance
with the provisions of Section 6( ,5) hereof.
Parking shall be provided in acco~ance
with Section 6(~} hereof." !

3. This By-law shall come into force and take leffect
upon being passed by Council, subject to t1e approval
of the Ontario Municipal Board.
