I I 13. a) That the Corporation provide for all meJD.b~s the maximum benefits available under the Ontario Municipal Emp1 oyees Retirement System SuppleJD.entary Plan. i b) That an immediate provision of a Suppl.eme~ary Pension, payable in full at 65 years of age, be implemente~ to provide that the total pension payable fro. the Ontario M~ciPal Employees Retirement System and any former pension *an is equal to 2~ of the ..ployees highest average 60 consecut~e month's earnings, multiplied by his years of credited serv~ce. Such "Credited Service" to include all "True Past Servicel" from date of employ- ment With the present employer. I c) That an early retirement benefit be provi d to permit early retirement without actuarial reduction in enetits within ten (10) years prior to a members normal retireJD.en date, when: ; BEING A BY-LAW to fix and authorize payment of siIaries of certain employees and members of Council of the Town of ~incardine for 1978.
