Being a By-law To Amend By-<J.aw No. 20~0
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the corporatr'Oon of the
Town of Kincardine deems it advisable to amen By-law
No. 2050, as amended;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the co~poration
of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: I
1. That Schedule "c" to By-law No. 2050 isi hereby
amended by changing from General Industlial Zone,
Symbol MI, to Residential Type 1 Zone, ymbol Rl,
Open Space Zone, Symbol OS, and Flood Z ne, Symbol
F, the land so designated on Schedule" ",
attached hereto and forming part of thif By-law.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION to the Ontario Municipal B ard by the
Corporation of the Town of Kincardine for approv 1 of a By-law
to regulate land use passed pursuant to Section 5 of the
Planning Act.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of th Town of
Kincardine intends to apply to the Ontario Municipal oard pursuant
to the provisions of Section 35 of the Planning Act f r approval of
By-law No. 4077 passed on the 7th day of July, 1977, copy of the
By-law is furnished herewith.
EXPLANATORY NOTE - BY-LA\I/ NO. 4077
The purpose of this Zoning By-law, which amends Zonin By-law No. 2050,
is to rezone Part of Park Lot 7, west of Goderich Roa , Part of Park
Lots 1 and 2, south of Kincardine Avenue, Park Lots 1 , 19 and 20, east
of Park Street and Park Lot 2 and part of Park Lot 1, north of Bruce
Street, in the Town of Kincardine, from General Indus rial Ml Zone to
Residential Type 1 Rl Zone, Open Space OS Zone and Fl od F Zone, to
permit the development of a plan of subdivision which has been given
draft approval by the Ministry of Housing.
These lands have been designated Residential and Open Space by Amend-
ment No. 12 to the Official Plan of the Town of Kine dine Planning
Area, which was approved by the Ministry of Housing st 12, 1976
and which redesignated these lands from Industrial to Residential and
Open Space.
This zoning amendment conforms to the Official Plan of the Town of
Kincardine Planning Area, as amended, and to the con itiqns of draft
approval of plan 41T-76056.

park) abutting Mr. Clarke's boundary and close to the ocation of Mr.
Clarke's house. In addition, the rear yards of houses will butt onto
the south limit of Mr. Clarke's property. i

It is surely unnecessary to point out the detrime~tal effect of
these facts on Mr. Clarke's property. I
We believe that all Mr. Clarke's objections Couldlbe satisfied
by negotiation.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION to the Ontario Municipal
Corporation of the Town of Kincardine for appro
to regulate land use passed pursuant to Section
Planning Act.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of t~e Town of
Kincardine intends to apply to the Ontario Municipal Board pursuant
to the provisions of Section 35 of the Planning Act or approval of
By-law No. 4077 passed on the 7th day of July, 1977, a copy of the
By-law is furnished herewith.
EXPLANATORY NOTE - BY-LAW NO. 4077
The purpose of this Zoning By-law, which amends Zoni
