HomeMy WebLinkAboutKIN 77 4112 Regulate parking THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 4112 BEING A BY-LAW TO REGULATE PARKING OF VEHICLES N PUBLIC STREETS IN THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE WITHIN CERTAIN HOURS . WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to prohibit and regulate the parking of vehicles on the highways within he Corporate limits of the Town of Kincardine between the ho s of 3:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. I AUTHORITY: Section 460 of The Municipal Act, C pter 284, R.S.O., 1970, which states: "The Councils of all municipalities y pass by-laws: 1. For prohibiting or regulating th obstructing, encumbering, injuring or fouling of highways or bridges." NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1.
