Being a by-law to fix and authorize payment of the salaries of certain employees of the Town of Kincardine for 1976. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the C6pporation 0 the Town of Kincardine enacts as follows: The following sums and allowances shall the Anti-inflation Board's approval): 1. OVERTIME: The said workers shall receive time and one half (It) his hourly rate for any part or hour ther of in excess of the said forty hour week. (a) The Corporation will provide Suppleme tary Pension Benefits as provided by Section 23 of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Act, such tha a supplementary pension payable on retirement at age 65, 0 that a total pension payable from the Ontario Municipa Retirement System and any approved pension plan is e ual to 2% of the employee's highest sixty consecutive mont s average earnings multiplied by the years of credi ed service to a maximum of 35 years, reduced by .7% of th lesser of such average earning to the year's maximum pen ionable earnings at the time of retirement and multiplied y the number of years of credited service after January 1 t, 1970, up to a maximum of 35 years.
