HomeMy WebLinkAboutKIN 76 3197 Amend by-law # 2050 . i i I CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINEI BY-LAW NO. 3197 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2050 i I I i WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporat~on of the ToWn of Kincardine deems it advisable to amen~ By-law No. 2050, as amended, : i I NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: THE 1. That Schedule "C" to By-law No. 2050 is ~ereby amended by changing from "Rl" to "C2-3" the zone symbol of the lands so designated "C2-3" on Schedule " " attached ~r~o. ! That By-law No. 2050 is hereby amended b~ adding at the end thereof Schedule "B" attached hereto. That Section 12 of By-law 2050 is hereby! amended by adding the following subsection 12(3): I I I 12 (3) Notwithstanding any other provisi~ns of By-law No. 2050 to the contrary, within he lands designated "C2-3" on Schedule "A" and shown on Schedule "B" attached hereto the . ollowing provisions shall apply: I 2. 3. 1. Permitted Uses - Office of a the building existing on the passing of this by-law. - a dwelling unit I *ysician within dfte of the I , 2. Building Area - Buildings shalr be permitted only within the area shown as "Building Area" on Schedule "B". I 3. The area shown as "Landscaþed Open Space" on Schedule "B" shall be mrintained as "landscaped open space". I , Within the landscaped openl space area adjacent to the westerly lþt line, a planting strip shall be ma~ntained in accordance with the provis~ons of Section 6 (15) i (b) . (c) Within the landscaped open space area adjacent to the northerly ot line a three-foot-wide planting s rip shall be maintained in accordance w th the provisions of Section 6 (15) (a). 5. Heil!iht - Maximum Ii storey i I 6. Parking Areas - A minimum of Sþven (7) parking spaces shall be provided withiþ the areas shown on Schedule "B" in accordance ~ith the provisions of Section 6 (14) I i ~ -2- . 4.
