WHEREAS the Council of the CorporatioD of the To Kincardine in accordance with the Municipal Act the estiaates of the MUDicipality and of the Bo ds of the Municipality and it is necessary that the follo ng sums be raised by .eans of taxation for the yea'¡:' 1976 General Purpoae............$ 500,42~. AND WHEREAS the Asses_ent Roll .ade in 1975 an~uPOD which the 1976 taxes are to be levied was final revised by the Assessaent Review Court. I .. These two bills aaterially af'fect the calculati~n of 1976 mill rates for municipalities. : í Under Bill 154, Section 6 and Bill 168, Section 4(12) and 5(11) a .unicipality is required to allocate a portio of its Resource Equalization grant telephone gross receipts, d payments with respect to hospitaJ.s, correctional institutions, universities and cOlllllUnity colleges to the county or region and/r school boards in setting its 1976 mill rates. ! 1976 MILL RATE Coaaercial/Industrial P .s. .
