Being a By-law to declare certain Tax Rgistration
Lands to be required by the Corporatio~ of the
Town of Kincardine for its own purposea
WHEREAS on or before the Seventh day of March, 1974

required by s.s. 4 of S.47, Municipal Affairs ct.
NOW THEREFORE be it enacted as a By-la\'t of the Town
of Kincardine as follows:
1. The following lands as described in Sc dule" A"
attached hereto in the Town of Kincard e registered
under the provisions of the Municipal fairs Act
be and are hereby declared to be requi d for the
purposes of the Corporation.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and final PASSED
this 20th day of February, 1975.
