Planning Act;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Mu icipality of Kincardine
desires to amend By-law 2003-25;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the M nlcipali~ of Kincardine
ENACTS as follows:
Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 2003-25 as amended, is here y further amended by
changing thereon from 'PD' to 'I-d-H' the zoning designati n of those lands
described Part Lot 3, Concession 1 SDR, Municipality of incardine (former
Town of Kincardine), which are outlined on the attached chedule 'A'.

2. By-Law No. 2003-25, as amended. being the Comprehen ive Zoning By-Law for
the Municipality of Kincardine. is hereby further amended by adding the following
paragraph to subsection 31.4 thereof:

This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Coun 1 and comes into
force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning ct, R.S.O. 1990.
4. This By-law may be cited as the "Amendment to Comprehe sive Zoning By-law
2003-25, (Pt Lot 3, Conc 1 SDR. Municipality of Kincardine rmer Town of
Kincardine», By-law".
