BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW 0.76-13,
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LA FOR THE
TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE

(being Part 1 on RP 3R-1184), Municipality of Kincardine (fo er Township of
Bruce)
WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapt r 13 authorizes the
Councils of Municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-laws w ich comply with an
approved official plan;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township f Bruce has enacted
By-law 76-13, a zoning by-law enacted under Section 34 of the sai Planning Act;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Bruce has r structured to now be
a part of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Muni ipality of Kincardine
desires to amend By-law 76-13;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Muni ipality of Kincardine
ENACTS as follows:
Schedule 'A'to By-law No. 76-13 as amended, is hereby fu her amended by
changing thereon from 'A-R' to 'A-R-14' and 'H-R', the zonin designation of
those lands described as North Part of Lot E, Concession 9 nd the South Part of
Lot E, Concession 10 (being Part 1 on RP 3R-1184), Munici ality of Kincardine
(former Township of Bruce) which are outlined on the attach Schedule 'A',
2, By-Law No, 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive oning By-Law for
the Township of Bruce, is hereby further amended byaddin the following
paragraphs to Section 10.1 thereof:

10.7 Notwithstanding their 'A-R' Zoning designation, tho e lands described as
Part of North Part of Lot E, Concession 9 and the South Part of Lot E,
Concession 10 (being Part 1 on RP 3R-1184), Municipality of Kincardine
(former Township of Bruce), and delineated as 'A-R- 4' on Schedule 'A' to
this By-law may be used in compliance with the ' -R' Zone provisions
contained in this By-law, excepting however, that:

The minimum lot area shall be 27.4 he tares.

This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council¡ and comes into
force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Adt, R.S.O. 1990,
This By-law may be cited as the "Amendment to comprehe1ive Zoning By-law
76-13, (North Part of Lot E, Concession 9 and the South Pa of Lot E,
Concession 10 (being Part 1 on RP 3R-1184), Municipality 0 Kincardine (former
Township of Bruce», By-Law. . !
